Sonae ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify application developed and operated by JWSK ("the Developer"). The App helps merchants forecast product demand and create purchase orders for their suppliers.
This policy explains what data the App accesses, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how it is protected.
When you install the App on your Shopify store, you (the merchant) remain the controller of your store's data. We act as a processor on your behalf and only process data as described in this policy.
The App requests the following Shopify permissions:

The App also stores information you enter directly: supplier names and contact details, lead times, currencies, purchase order line items and prices, your company details for purchase order documents, and an optional company seal or stamp image.
The App is designed so that customer personal information never enters our systems.
When your store sends us order data, the App removes all customer personal information before anything is written to our database. Specifically, we do not store:
