LUCKY NUMBERS — PRIVACY POLICY

Lucky Numbers ("the App") is operated by JWSK ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect The App does not require an account. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or contacts. The App has no server of its own; your settings are stored only on your device.
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device The following data is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Your selected country and lotteries
• Number of sets to generate, filter settings, and notification times
• Saved number sets ("My Numbers")
• Your date of birth (optional; used only to generate birthday/zodiac-based numbers on your device) Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of this data.

1. Device Region/Language The App reads your device's language and region setting (locale) solely to suggest lotteries available in your country and to display the App in your language. This does not involve GPS or location permissions.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob) The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain data to serve and measure ads, such as:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• General (coarse) location inferred from IP address
• Ad interaction data For details, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, the App shows a consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform). You may choose personalized or non-personalized ads, and you can change your choice in the App's settings at any time. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.

1. Notifications If you enable notifications, the App schedules local notifications on your device (e.g., daily lucky numbers, draw-day reminders). These are generated on your device; no push server is used.
2. Children The App is not directed at children. Lottery-related content is intended for users of legal lottery age in their jurisdiction.
3. Data Security Since we operate no server and collect no personal data, the primary data location is your own device. Please protect your device with appropriate security measures.
4. Your Rights Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights regarding personal data processed by advertising partners. Please refer to Google's privacy documentation linked above to exercise such rights. For data stored locally, you may delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
5. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
